1980 First 250R Race



These Photos were taken at Speedway 117 Browns Field in San Diego Keith Lynas of Keith Lynas Photography. Some of the Riders pictured here are Dean Sundahl, Bob "Ace" Williams, Curtis Sparks, Mark "Wax" Weixeldorfer, and others. There's also a picture of Mr Smijui, the man who designed the first generation 250R. Again, a BIG thanks goes out to Rodney Shedenhelm for sending these in, and Keith Lynas for taking the pictures and giving us permission to show them here!. Not everyday you get to see pictures from the first race a 250R was in!
