I thought the Selvy's 200 used a spacer plate under the jug though?

no, they didn't have spacer plates. The 200cc was cut down and a shorter stroke. Spacer plates are used with a long rod and 85/86 piston, yz pistons and some stroker combinations. He doesn't have good enough a picture to be able to tell if its a 200cc or just ported by them. They cut down the cylinder and re-weld to enlarge the coolant compacity over the exhaust port(where most of the heat is).

It's listed "1985 honda selvy" it doesnt come up on alot of the searches. It would do much better if listed differently
