Why don't people get it? Fair condition= fair condition,,,,junk=junk,,,restored=restored,,nice condition=nice condition,,,MINT=NEW...near mint doesn't exist either...it's new or it's used. Sorry for the complaint, the words "mint condition" just seem to get tossed around way to much.

Thats the funny thing about drags, any clown can lean forwards, drive in a straight line and use the HP under their legs.

If it means that much to you to have bragging rights, I sure I could use my credit card too and build a nasty stroked crate motor - don't ya think??

For now, I'll keep my 1400$ 350X just the way she is; Beautiful, reliable and certainly not slow shens

That sure is a mint 1 1/2" gap between the tank and fender on the right side. Just like Honda shipped them. That mint Honda Meier plastic sure is sweet. :lol:

I don't want to race around a track, we all know I can't ride that good...But don't tell me that your X is ORIGINAL, unmodified.:confused: I guess that SUPERTRAP came with it from Honda???:wondering .. As far as my X goes, there is no doubt that I'm still disgusted with it, for lasting only 1 ride not 2, even thought about pulling an edog and parting it out to try to get some of my money back, and finding another hobby. Because you know what, I really can't afford to have it fixed right now, and I certainly can't afford to have someone do it either

I'd hate to see you part it out, thats giving up like other guys that cut corners and make bad decisions. It happens, get over it, focus on all the improvements you made that will last for years and concentrate on what needs to be done to the rest of it.

Your X is all gone through and merely needs a properly rebuilt engine. The 300-400$ you paid for what you "felt" would be a good running motor was a waste aside from having "spare parts" maybe thats why the original seller (not Edog) sold it??

I tried to tell you NOT to buy that motor and merely throw some coin into yours....

500$ or so would have got you that hi comp piston AND a cam to boot.

I'm willing to bet there are PLENTY of 800$ crate motors around, esp right now; Just not at MY HOUSE!! :D
