yes, that would be mine, i just want to put it out there. I would really like to see it go to an enthusiast. Phase five knew thier stuff from what ive dug up on them in the past few years. Isnt the old owner a member on here?

Yeah, not many in my area, its ok though, if i was to do another tri-z i would probably go with a new era yz250 engine. They are way more up to date internally and easier to get parts for. and 45hp stock.

I wonder what the hp would be close to on the phase 5 tri z motor that i just sold. It was super quick in the blaster frame.

Ill bet you my trail Tri-Z would out perform it. OLD parts with a few upgrades :naughty:

Maybe, but that phase 5 setup was lightning fast for a 250. Whatever setup i build next it will defenitely not be a 4stroke tri-z. Check out cpcustoms.com and look at thier blaster dynos--> impressive. Isnt the old owner of phase 5 a member here, maybe he could chime in on hp output.

Scott has no idea of the HP number it produced, but he was very excited to see one of his old engines out in the wild like that.
