no it's not, i'm going to try to get it though, guy told me he can send pics, he can deliver, and he has been told new valves intake and exhaust,camshaft bushing,top gasket set,rocker arm would be about $175.00 so around $425 + Delivery is what is should cost to buy it and Fix it up.
