I'll TRY to fix this friggen pressure washer, the rings are shot and I need a few other goodies. The timing belt should not cost 14$ but if I'm in there, I'll change it.

I found some places online, but I hate to pay more than I have to.

Does anyone have a good online source for a 5HP GC160 HONDO OHC engine?

Thank you for any help :D

Since you never return phone calls...

SMALLENGINEWAREHOUSE.COM

They got your brand new motor for $199-215. Depending on shaft size!

Wow that place has nice engines at reasonable prices. I'm gonna give them a call and see if they have an engine for my Honda snowblower. Its getting a little tired. Or I'll just drop by Steves shop... He's open 24/7 and loves it when you just pop-in.:Bounce

LMAO yep. I thought that place was steve's house when I called. Customer service. Free manuals. 24/7 support. It was great.

Thanks for that link Jeff!! If I was working, I'd snag that right up.....

So, I had a parts list of about 75$ and then I thought "maybe I should think like OTHERS think"

Re use the oil seals
Re use the con rod (just fabricate the oil slinger that broke off...)
Re use the governor arm that loosens up (slot with Dremel)

So, now I'm down to 40$ shipped :D

Go dam OEM says "pump is only good for 30 hours" so I have no trust in this pressure washer anyhow.....
