When i was in community college back in '89 i remember a 5 gallon steel bucket of chemical product used to clean aluminum. I dont remember what it was called , but it smelled funny;worked really well. It came with a steel net to put your parts in for dipping if i remember corectly.Possibly gunk or kleen flo brand. Does anybody have a clue what the @@@@ i'm talking about?
Thanks

sounds like that carb cleaning bucket you buy with the screen to lay parts on and dip them in.

Well i have something simmillar in my garage, its a 2 foot by 1 foot by 1 foot deep, (about 6 inch deep fluid) that has parts cleaner in it with a wire brush, its like 20 years old and still works like its 2 days but as far as brand its all brown steel caseing. due to dirt and such, and just incase your wondering, i have a 40x60 +2 addon rooms garage with everything, lifts, tire changers and such, oh and the kicker a 40 ton press and incase you were wondering with 2 steel plates on top and bottom it takes 8 tons to pop a pop can..

Oh yes and also just for breaking loose frozen head nuts a 48 inch pipe wrench (used to have a 72 inch)
