WIW? honda CT70

What's a reasonable price to put on one of these things? It runs good, needs a rear brake cable, tail light lens, to make it all there. Of course it needs paint etc to restore. Doesnt smoke, no title or papers. I picked it up in a trade and trying to decide weather to fix it up or sell it to fund some car parts. jim
