I'm rebuilding my 85atc 110. If i use a stage 1 high performance cam will I have to use different valves or change timing etc.... will I even benefit from installing the cam ? someone in here has to know...... thanks guys!!!!

Their are a-lot of factors when installing a HP cam in an atc110 . You need to know the lift of the cam and make sure its not going to hit the piston . Valves wont have to be changed and the timing wont change either but the pulse generator timing will more than likely change a little . I don't recommend installing a HP cam with a stock piston as the valve relief on the stock piston aren't cut very deep and their are clearance issues . Just installing a cam without a performance exhaust , larger carb , and aftermarket correct piston you wont be getting the potential performance out of the cam thus a wast of time in my opinion.
