that sucker is clean, its a shame, but not everyone cares for them like us, and it will probably make him more money that way.

Exactly right with the money thing. They are worth more in parts. If you look at it this way someone someplace is gunna make a bike as nice or nicer than that one with its pieces then like 10 years from now it will get parted to make another bike, kinda a cycle.
Nice lookin bike though

Umm if the bike was as nice or nicer why would it need parts? It wouldn't.

Last year they made the 200x was 87, the more that get parted the less there will be. It nice that my generation and the older ones that rode these when we were kids kept them around, and the younger would rather have the almighty dollar.

I know of 3 ebay comapnies in my state that part mostly trikes and 2 of them have only been going for around 1-2 years. The population of good but cheap 200xs here is already almost extinct. What a shame.

^^Yeah I was going to say rpm in your state parts really nice trikes all the time. They get top dollar for their parts too.

Well, it is what it is.......we all see it all the time. Unfortunately, I try to do the opposite. I try to get a trike heading to the junker and fix it up new. Problem is, I use some of those foos parting trikes out to finish up my junker builds. Does it all even out?? No way.....there are way more trikes being parted than the one or 2 that I complete back into circulation.

when i was looking for 350x stuff on ebay this one seller was parting MINT bikes. He made a fortune on all the auctions. I added it up one day on a bike he parted. he was well over 3 grand with time left to go. People were paying top buck for everything he had listed. all the stuff was too rich for my blood.

it was parted out about 4-5 years ago on ebay. I don't know the end result of it. He had another one, this one was gonna be sold whole. He realized it was a mistake to part it out. It was posted on here, people were fuming about it.

If it was from texas and one was red and the parted one was white I bought them from a guy in pa (he purchased them in texas and drove from Pa to pick them up. I ended up with the parts he acquired and I sold off as a whole.

I just love when guys roll the "great paint" motor all over the concrete floor to take pics, or OEM plastic on the asphalt driveway :D
