figured i would share the current project in the shop right now...

1971 cougar drag pack car.. 429 cobra jet ram air.. one of ONE car this is the ONLY one to leave the factory with red interior!!!

car has original protecto plate, build sheet, original window sticker, original bill of sale, was fetured in two magazines, ans aign BY carrol shely!!!

it even has its own muscle car collectors card ( like a base ball card)

also have the 'marti report' which shows date of order, build date start, build complete date, what dealer it when to what day it was sold and to whom..

car is rumored to only have 4k miles on it but it can be verified.. if you would see this car in person its a 4k mile car..

needs very little, just a good cleaning, and polishing ( i have 3 hours of polishing on the valve covers to bring them back to new status)

needs some minor interior work due to being in texas and NC its whole life... center colsol lid is sun bakes, dash pad is startin to delaminate, and the rear deck lid cover is faded... like i said needs very little..

not sure.. the market kinda sucks for the stuff we deal with at work.. but i do know he was talkin to a guy the other day and said he will set it the way it sits now for 75k if it stays local or 90k if not local


im bouncing back and forth between this car and a 67 camaro ss rs 350 4 speed numbers matching car.. except the original owner of it had the motor built, 202 alum heads big cam high rise intake long tubes full exhaust with old school style 'chambered mufflers' this car hauls bawls!!! 1-2 are pretty much usless! wil break traction in 3rd if you want it to .. dyno'ed 440 hp!!!

got a few others to keep me busy over winter.. 66 gto numbers matching 389 car, fairlane 500xl convert one owned 50k miles all original except for the paint!! and a64 olds f85 that needs full resto .. and a41 ford tractor

66 gto. Man I had one of them when I was in the Navy. If I told you what I bought the car and sold it for, you would cry. Wish I had that car again. 4spd and 3 deuces in a coupe. The only thing was the car was a tan color with that funky green/gold interior. But man was it fun. The fastest car I was ever in. It had a tendency to kill transmissions, until I put that m-22 in it. How about some pics of the 66?

i will get pictures of it when we get it back, its at the body shop guy gettin painted ( well its there but not gettin worked on yet) the cougar has to go there and get a few spots in the painted fixed. we dont do the auto side painting. my boss has a good guy that painted and does body work and the guy actually takes pride in his work!! not just layin paint to make a buck!!

my buss bought a tri power set up for the gto and is loookin for a posi rear than send to original stuff with the car.

hahaha i second that!!! lol!!

i wish i could see my boss's yenko camaro in person..

none converted yenko which means it was bought to be converted, looks like a yenko but never got a big block put in it
