Black smoke is usually lots of burnt gas going out the tailpipe. Did you flood it out before it started? Maybe your carb is outta adjustment or your air filter is dirty.

Dont jump to conclusions. See if it keeps smoking as you ride it. Also if it just puffs on the starts from now on your valve guide seals are bad thats it. If it smokes continuously then the rings are worn out and it will need a rebuild. Although burnt oil is a blueish smoke and you said it was black and black is usually gas. How was it running once you got it running? Keep us posted of the symptoms.

well if it continues to puff on the start then should i replaice the valve guid seals??? it runs good after it;s warmed up the smoking goes away after it's warm

Thats what i would do. Replace the valve guide seals. How long does it smoke for? My 86 200x would smoke for a minute or so and then clear up. If you want to check your motor out to see if its worn, do a compression check on the cylinder and see what you get.
