xmas lights to music..

the city i live in has this set up now, runs from 5pm to midnight every night tell x mas... took the wife and kids to see it.... you set your radio to 87.9 and pick up the signal from there fm transmitter, i had my passenger car door open so you can hear the music

The music is Wizards of Winter by Trans-Siberian Orchestra. I'm pretty sure this guy (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWBjl-jPcVM) was the first one to do this (first one to do it and put it on the net anyway). I first saw it several years ago. This vid is an updated version. The first one was pretty bad quality. Kinda cool it's actually on Atlantic's youtube page now though.

If you search youtube for wizards of winter you'll find tons of them now.

Pretty cool. We have the "Festival of Lights", a county over.

I heard they added a sound tunnel, I have not seen it yet.

Thats cool. there a guy locally who does this sort of thng, Its obvsiouly not and extravagent as this but it is cool. Blast christmas music as different parts of his house light up.

We have something similar here. It's called City of Christmas. The entire park is lite up with lights, and ornaments, elves working mechanically in a shop, all sorts of stuff. its pretty neat, but gets old when you gotta see it every year since you were a kid. :D

yamahaman.. yes at lakeside.. right across from the islands... there lights are normally the same thing every year same displays in the same spots every year,. so it nice to see a change
