Never heard of this, but this guy has a kit to install a battery on your 185/200.

Does that mean you can use a higher wattage bulb also?

yeah,thats what i bought my power kit for,so that i could run brighter bulbs.

i know a guy on blaster forum that used to desert race a blaster had a set up he built to run 2 piaa baja lights except he ran hid lights in them..

if i remeber right you can do it your self, have like rickys stator do a higher out put stator but float the ground, and a little wiring and a small battery.... let me dig up the info and see if i can find it..

have the stator rewound by baja designs or any reputable place and ask then to float the ground. wire in a rectifier (from baja designs or wherever) and put a small 12v battery somewhere on the bike (like the space under the seat) and mount an HID aftermrket light. the light will not dim as you let off the gas and will be seriously bright. it will take a little rewiring but is simple. the hid's only use 35 watts running but need the battery to 'kick' them off. you don't need the major flamethrowers I have, but the difference is incredible.
