Is there a backstory to that statement that you could share with us? It's always good to give people a heads up on Craigslist sellers since there's no feedback system on there.

There is a guy in California that sells Tecates that are delivered to the buyer. The buyer receives a Tecate that looks nothing like the image from the ad. About a year ago there was a guy selling an 85 and an 86 tecate. He said the guy from California sent him a piece instead of the mint trike he expected. I have heard this from a few different people. A couple people who have picked up trikes from him in person have had no trouble.
