actually, this is exactly what you want to see, so you know how lazy the owner is about maintenance, and in what kinda ways and conditions the vehicle is used in.

Good point...seller states it has been too cold to clean it up without ice forming. Hmmmm.....if it's so cold,where did all the mud come from? My guess is that it has been sitting just like that since it has been put away for the winter. A sign of extremely poor maintenance.
