I purchased some things from him back in October, he told me his mother was very ill.
I have not heard from him, nor has he been online since then.

Firstly I want to make sure that he is ok, and/or his mom.

Secondly I would like to know where are the things i purchased from him.

Thirdly, why does this happen to me time after time?

I don't have his number, but it wasn't that he is intentionally screwing me, but he said his mother was very ill and hasn't been on. I want to make sure he is ok, but i would also like my parts!!

I just went through old pms and figured out a date that he called me, then went to my cell records and found his number. Ill PM it to you...i forgot his first name though...maybe bill?
