and are they 4 stroke or 2 stroke???

They are 4 stroke. And if you have all the right gaskets and the clutch plates and fibers and all goes well, just a couple hours. Make sure you find a manual and read up and have all your parts ahead of time. An oil change is a must as well as new plugs. You may consider points and you will want to set your valve gaps and static time the bike as well. Make sure the chain is in decent shape or look into replacing that as well. They are a little bit of a handful if you've never tuned a multi cylinder bike before. The hardest part is to sync the carbs. It will be a learning experience for you. Remember, read your manual alot and have patience. Congrats on the new bike and have fun. Don't forget the pics.

Nice rat nest! Id get it running first before touching the clutch. Replacing the clutch takes less than a half hr and thats taking your time. Have you been able to start it?

It's hard to tell but after a good cleaning, it might be pretty decent. Hopefully your exhaust is solid or you'll be shelling out way more than you paid to replace it.
