There seems to be quite a few chain saw enthusiasts here, so I figure this will be easy...I have an old (1982) Homelite 330. I have a new clutch assembly that I want to put on it and I don't have a service manual for it. I am wondering if the clutch assembly is threaded normally or reverse.....I'd like to know BEFORE I try removing it...it's kind of a nice old saw that I've had for a long time and I don't want to screw it up.

To remove, you must go clockwise. It is reverse-threaded. Try wedging a rag around the flywheel and hit it with a good air-wrench.
