250r/400ex interchange questions

i have a lonestar framed 89 trx250r
im selling a bunch of my atvs so its gonna go
i was thinking of parting it out and taking the best parts for my 2004 400ex

what swaps over?
i was thinking using the rear axle/carrier/brakes and the front a arms/shocks/brakes/spindles

im gonna sell the rest its a lonestar no link frame with propeg built in nerf bars/pep rear shock/lonestar +1 swingarm/full skids/lonestar chrome +1 steering stem/lrd adjustable pipe/no link air box/gray maier plastics with carbon fiber hood and tank cover/aftermarket gas tank/ recovered seat. whats it worth???

its not low anymore its set up for motorcross

I'm pretty sure the only major difference between the R and EX frame is the height of the rails below the gas tank. They had to raise them an inch to accomodate the 4 stroke, other than that I'm pretty sure they're the same.
