I would so dig riding that. That's pretty sweet. Does it have an original title, or is it titled reconstructed? It's been a while since I've heard the bark of a 45 with straight pipes. Tank shift and suicide clutch, that's as hardcore as she gets right there. At least you have a front disc brake. Those old cable front brakes can be a real pig. LOL You don't have a video of this dog barking do you? Feel free to post a video of that up.

glyden, what year triumph do you need the trans for. I have a neat little shop about 15 minutes from me. I had a 77 750 and a 70 high pipe 500 that had a 68 and earlier high pipe exhaust on it. Trying to find all those parts for the 70 high pipe exhaust was next to impossible.

That's a 73 rd350. I have one of those all in pieces now and the engine is in my Hi Performance Atc frame. I have the DG gold heads for it and the Bates saddlebags came on my rd. Here's a pic of the old RD before I took it apart to borrown the engine. I Don't have a pic of the DG gold radial heads though

Here's a pic of the h2 750 triple in the h1 500 frame. Bought it from a board member on here. This thing is a beasty. It scares children and sets off car alarms. How can you not love it. It's the total opposite of the rd 350. Even with the modded clutch, it still is a bear to work the clutch. Not good for traffic jams.

Here's my Wasp Wasp. It has a Wasp frame, and in '85 they made their own engine, so it's a Wasp Wasp - rather than a Yamaha Wasp, or a Norton Wasp.
998cc, twin overhead cams, 4 valve heads, 11.5 to 1 compression, gear primary drive, dry mutiplate clutch, and a 4 speed box designed by Hewland.
80 ft.lbs. of torque, and around 90 horses.
Tame by todays standars, but it's FUN.
Kickstart only, no decompression lever, so ....
I had to loan it to a motorcycle museum when I moved to Thailand - they take good care of my baby - keep it in a heated room.

Now I can see where a 12 pack and an oval flat track might make a monkey out of me...Wasp Wasp=Goodtimes just need a half crazy guy to hang on and trust me...loud cries of pin it to win it are encouraged! Thats just Dangerous fun for two:lol: nice 3 wheeler!
