so some atv/atcs come assembled and some were dealer assembled? I thought almost all were mostly assembled and the dealers did assembly like fenders, wheels, handle bars, etc.

Thanks for sharing, that was pretty cool! I wish they explained more of the injection molding,; I'm sure there are vids out there of that if I had to see it......

I always said "Honda used a dipping process for paint on there calipers etc" when applying that black paint and apparently it's still used now.

I just never felt that the stuff was spray painted and it wasn't durable enough to call it powder coated either..........

I guess thats how they get in all the nooks and crannys!!

thats crazy.....a new plant for each different model too, prolly. thats a LOT of machines, think of how many jobs are created from all these plants producing these earth-killing ORV's
