Shipping a rack/carrier

What's the best way to go about this? Obviously a flat rack could be boxed up pretty easily but I have a 185s rack with the supports that go way down so the thing is almost triangle shaped. Tape up the ends/tips with cardboard, plastic wrap it and send it on it's way?

USPS parcal post is the cheapest by far .

I'll check and see what everybody says (USPS, UPS, FedEx) once I get it together but I'm mainly looking for how to get it packaged/prepared to ship.
