They made 3 wheeled Harleys for meter maid duties in the cities. A guy around me has a mint restored one.

I saw 2 brand new Honda Goldwing 1800 trikes today....they were kick-arse awesome. The rear looked like it came off a car or something...it just flowed so smoothe. It was one of the best that I have ever seen.

I see them every now and then . Thats right believe it or not the police used them for metermaids , also very few were made as Ice cream trucks actually mounting a cooler on the back . I think Good Humor ( Ice cream co) had some .

Actually it would only be cool to ride one for a couple of miles or so. The steering is very, very hard....even with an open differential. Someone I know got tendonitis (sp.) from riding a trike. You have to be a weightlifter, or have very strong arms to ride one for long periods of time. All trikes are very hard to steer....I've heard it from every trike owner from BMW's to Harley's :?

We see loads of trikes over here in the UK, you see Suzuki 1200 Bandits and Fireblades and things made into 3 wheeler, also Reilant Robin 3 wheeler cars with the front cut off and motorcycle forks put on with handlebars and no roof, The best one I've seen Belongs to the comedian, Billy Conolly, He rides it during his TV tours, it is massive,a real low rider and from what I can see it has a Porsche Flat 6 in it!
