I just read in the "september 2003 issue of Dirt Wheel's"..about the obtaining funds for atv trail's. It has to do with the :Symms Act of 1991:
It states that an amount of federal gas tax money should go to off-road user's. the article is long and full of useful info. on obtaining and using this available money for off-road use. It say's that there is 50 million available for 2003. Did any one else read this. Go buy the mag. and do so if your interested. It also givesa full list of contacts for each state. anyway, just thought someone might be wondering.
