is it a 200x fender for sure? If they called it a "front fender" in the ad, maybe they were wrong on the make as well... also the way they had "the older green", like these have been around for a long time and common.. could it be for a tecate?

no - there is a picture of it (or was) and it is for sure a 2nd gen 200X fender. Looks sweet - buy it now price ain't bad either.
