Char-Broil Big Easy Turkey Cooker

Does anyone have any experience with this product?

I know that one time when we were at Silverlake one of the guys had one there (I think he was a friend of Sean Moran's) and it did a great job.

Has anyone ever had any bad experiences with this? I've seen some product reviews that state that they don't cook evenly sometimes.

Ross and I are thinking about picking one of these up.

Any thoughts?

if that is a smoker they work very well you just have to be sure to soak your wood longer than the direction say a hour or two.

Not so much a smoker (although you can put chips in it) but it is an infrared cooker (instead of the oil based fryers)

O yea I remember that was Marshall that had it. The turkey was delicious.
