I would think 250-300 in that condition in my area . Its tax return time so ask a bit more people have money to burn .

Their a dime a dozen in the north east....$150 to 200 tops...just saw one today in a yard 4/S for $200 and it was pristine. Too bad I don't have room for it

Some of the asking prices for them around here are $400-$700. Not saying they actually get that much, but I may list it as $325 OBO and take $225 or more.

Depends on your area. I've got a 90 in similar condition with almost enough extra parts to build another bike for $200 and there's no interest.
