Anyone want to buy that and maybe bring it up to CT or somewhere anytime they get the chance for some money?

I have a good engine for it.

I see alot of the 200x ads like that, many people on craigs list have no idea what year they are.

No kidding....it takes like 28 seconds of research on the net to figure out the proper year of a 200X, yet you see a lot of 83-85's called 86's or 87's and also the popular 88' and 89' 200X's and lets not forget the " I think it was built in the early 90's" adds.

We get that around here also. My 84 200x was listed as an 86 even though it still has the 1984 sticker in plain view on the frame neck lol. I saw pics before hand so I knew better. I don't make it a point to correct them either.

When I bought my tri-z...the guy said on the phone it was an 86 with 85 1/2 black plastics on it. He said he owned it for 7 years and it was a six speed (I asked him on the phone "is it a 6 speed transmission" he says yes. I get there....guess what...it's a five speed. I look on the neck and it says 1985 in plain view. Then he says "my friend told me it was an 86" and made no comment when I questioned it being a 6 speed transmission,,,he just shrugged.....that crap drives me insane. He was asking $1000 and I got him way, way down on that price, so it wasn't all bad.
