just saw this on Everything2stroke, and figured i'd pass it along. GOOD NEWS guys, not bad, but you gotta get active!
Here what the letter states:
New Jersey passed OHV park Legislation in January 2010!
The legislation creates 3 Off-Highway Vehicle Parks for ATV's and Dirt Bikes.
One OHV Park in North Jersey! One OHV Park in Central Jersey!
And one OHV Park in South Jersey!
Now here's the problem........
If Trenton doesn't hear from YOU.... the law will expire.
Now here is what NJOHVA needs you to do if YOU want these OHV parks to become reality!
Take this flyer home and go to your computer!
Log-on and register to join the New Jersey Off-Highway Vehicle Association(NJOHVA)
It doesn't cost any money and again it's FREE!
NJOHVA will do the rest!
NJOHVA will send you news letters and bulletins.
NLOHVA will send you Action Alerts on contacting key decision makers from time to time.
But the most important thing is NJOHVAis going to help YOU get these OHV Parks.

From what the guy at the stealership told me that Governor Christie is all for this to bring money into our state. He has already talk to his DEP to also look into private land owners for OHVs on their property.
Now forthe bad part. The Sahara Club, The tree huggers, are about a 1,000 deep fighting this!!! So lets show them what JERSEY STRONG really means and get our parks!!!!!!!!!
Also we only have 32 months left to get it done!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It started with 36 months in January....
