suspension sqeak is common. if the pivot points of the squeaky parts have zerks just grease them. if they dont have zerks then spray somehting like wd-40 on the pivot.
my raptor and warrior both did this but when greased the squeaking stoped until dirt/dust got back into the pivots that did not have the zerks

zerks are the nipples that you put the grease gun on to grease the internal moving parts.

WD40 will not penetrate all the way through the A-arm bearings. I took the A-arm bolts off my Foreman and greased them up real good and then put it all back together....not a squeek since (this was about 15 months ago).

If it still squeeks, it might be the shock mounts....if so, do the same with them.

My 400ex started squeeking from one of the front arms so I took it off and greased up the bushing, problem solved. You really should go through and grease all of the moving bushings every so often to keep everything moving the way it should.

It's still bone stock. I'd like to get a pro circuit t4 slip on at some point in time. You done anything to yours yet?

Take the shock off and grease the bushing, that is what is making the noise.

I've never had the rear shock out of my 400ex, but it shouldn't be too bad. When I took my tri z rear shock out it wasn't hard at all (400ex should be similar set up with the linkage).
