does anybody else get a little wrapped up in the avatar pics? i get this funny pic in my mind of mullet stewie tearin it up on a cherry BR !! thanks thorpe ! lol my other favs are ninja on a post apocaltyptic (sp?) tricked out battle trike and i cant help from thinkin im talkin with capt chaos (veal monkey ) whenever i see that pic

HAHAHA Thanks, I'm glad somebody acknowledged my Lord Humongous from 'The Road Warrior' avatar. He's my favorite bad guy from the Mad max trilogy.
There's been some duzys over the years with different members and there's been avatar trends, the eDog hat and sunglasses scandal was the best! Seems like the majority of the old timers on here switch it up now and then. We've probably all at one point had a trike in one of our avatars, but it's more fun to have a character.
I miss my Ash from 'Army of Darkness' avatar, that one was awesome. I usually put an avatar up from a movie I'm into at the time, I don't use the same avatar twice.

I immediately recognized that pic. I have all three Mad Max movies. I loved all the early "Crotch Rockets" in the first Mad Max. That KZ was sweet sounding. It really helped that they sped up the film to make the go faster. "I am the NIGHT RIDER!!!!!!"

i just watched cannonball run 2 last night and kept expecting to hear someone say Veal monkey and yes mad max is the shite i used to grit blast the interior of rail tankers and had a blast helmet labled MASTER BLASTER id like to see that avatar !

i noticed that right away ninja i just figured ya had it for a while when i got here lol i love those movies (madmax) also vanishing point, crazy harry dirty mary? & steve mcqueen movies all that old stuff... does any1 rember a movie where everybody was dieing and there was just a pile of close with... i think some sand or dirt or dust in them ppl were walking cuz i dont think the cars ran any more...? i know that sounds crazy but i rember watchin it as a kid & want to rent it i should start my own post thanks anyway

Hmmm, a pretty vague description but I'll take a stab at it. There was a movie called 'A Boy and His Dog' from the early 70s I think. There was 'Night of The Comet' from the mid 80s. Then there was 'The Stand' by Stephen King in the early 90s.
