Just got a 350L 2stroke polaris back together after boring the jug .078 oversized. Stock jetting is actually too rich now, at least on the bottom end. Had to open the pilot air screw right up and drop and take the washer out from the bottom of the slide needle to get it low enough to run at an idle. The idle speed screw is turned all the way in. This is all without the air box and filter in place. Did I have to lean it out because the crank case pulse is stonger now? Using a Wiseco piston now, worth every penny.

why waste time messing with the carb if it isn't all together? its all going to change when you put the airbox and filter back on..............
