What is a quick way to get updated stickers for a ski boat?

Just as the title says. I am going on vacation to my family's summer home in Michagan in less than 2 weeks and our boat's DNR stickers are expired as of June of this year. My dad said in the past he's mailed in for them, but it has sometimes taken months for them to come back to us. Long story short, I dont want to get busted for expired stickers. Is there a way I can buy them online and have them here by the 12th at the latest? Are they something I can get at the local DMV? Any help is appreciated.

If you take your old registration into any Michigan licence burrow you will walk out with your boat decals and updated registration (short a few dollars too but you expected that I reckon).
You will need to google up a town that has a licence branch in it, that you will be passing thru.
They don't take phone calls, generally NOT open on Saturdays (some are though) and most are open till 7 pm on Wednesday nights

See now that might be an issue because our boat is registered in Illinois. I did find this website, but I'm not sure if this will get me the sticker any faster than it would by mail. https://www4.wildlifelicense.com/il/vehicle.php?action=vehiclelkup

I don't know how similar your state's registration is to Colorado's OHV/Boat registration, but when I went to buy new ATV stickers this year, they give you a copy of the form you filled out to use as a 90-day temporary registration, until the tags come in the mail.
