What scooter is this? Honda NQ50?

What the heck is or was it?
The guy calls it a NQ50, but all the photos for the NQ50 look more like a traditional scooter.

that right ther eis a qa 50 i parted one out abotu 8 years ago about the same condition but with a motor and madea fortuine off the tank fenders and wheels

That is a good deal. Those QA's a getting hard to find especially with in that shape. The rear fender may be hard($$$) to find though.
