This is not 3 wheeler related, but it would still be nice to get some help. I have a racing lawn mower. I blew the transaxle and am in the process of replacing it. I have my new transaxle and the old drive pulley is very rusted on the shaft. I have tried using a puller on it, heat, and penetrating oil. Do you guys have any other advice on getting the pulley off. The races are friday and I would like to be ready!

More inportant, propane heats everything slowly. You want an oxy-gas torch so you can only heat the pulley and not the shaft.

Propane suks, I never got anything off with that crap. O/A has removed 90% since then.......

Other than the obvious, you may have to disc grind it off, it happens; And buy another pulley or used one at the track.
