got a new project--speed boat

went and got the gw invader last night, its gonna be a slow project i got it to practice body work on and to get familiar with boats as i wanna go to MMI to be a marine mechanic. im gonna separate the top from the hull and redo the stringers and do some fiberglass work to the transom. im gonna make it a one seater because im a big guy and i dont think me and another person will fit in it very well. should be fun when its done... i hope

Those boats are like gokarts on the water. Have fun with it. There is a guy over on Scream and Fly.com that works for Superboat and is making a slightly modernized version of the GW. I was going to post a link but see you already joined the forums.
