Photo of the month!

Seems like this is the only thing the site lacks, so I thought I would start one.

Basically, all you have to do is post your BEST photo, so whip out your cameras and set them to FINE.

Here's the rules. They're pretty simple, so shouldn't be too hard to follow :)

PICTURES WITHOUT HELMETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!

PHOTOS MUST BE TAKEN BY YOU!
If the photos you've entered were taken by someone else, that's almost the same thing as stealing. If their photo gets picked, and you entered it, and they contact me about it, then they will win.

Everyone is allowed up to 5 entries each month.

Each photo can only be entered once per month, NO RE-ENTRIES!

Try and keep the photoshoping to a minimum!
For example, real shots only. If you actually jumped that 40ft. ramp, then post it up!!! Otherwise, no faked photos.

You can only win 2 times each year, so as to make it fair for everyone.
You can still post photos if you want, they just won't be entered.

A winner will be chosen 1 day prior to the end of the month.
Currently I am thinking that I will have a few judges that are experienced photographers to make it fair, so we don't have to constantly create a poll or something.

The winners will have their photo displayed at the top of this thread with their username, and the thread will be titled appropriately.

I'll see if we can't do something with the photo of the month. Maybe get it put on the homepage or something.

How did I know when I read the title and saw you had posted that this pic was going to show up! You might add that Fungo was the only one that could make it through the mud til the chain popped off. Everyone else in the pic still had clean bikes.

BS, I drove through it several times!!! I was right behind you and almost ran you over when the chain popped off! If someone would have taken action shots of me riding I would have posted those.

To Fungo's defense, the chain did pop and he rode that 350x like he stole it!!!!!!

The OP said we can include quads and bikes so maybe this thread should get moved to the Open Forum (which is usually where these types of threads go).


And to answer the other persons question I have a Canon 5D Mark II and those pics were taken with a 70-200mm F4 and my trike pics were taken with a 24-70mm F2.8
