Jim, I humbly eat my words from 1 1/2 years ago...... when you get your riding area situation settled out - give me a buzz - I still owe you (and myself) a trip up there to do a little riding

Im looking into getting a Blaster, few questions here for you if thats ok,

1.What years your Blaster?If i may ask,,,,,,,,,,,,,

2.From the year 1998 - 2003 what changes were made to the Blaster? The only one i know about is the Fornt discs on the 2003 model!!

3.My freind just got a 2003 Blaster,is there any restrictions on there? In the pipe etc, etc?

4.Are all year Blasters same size??

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Dave.UK.

P.S-Cool pics,even cooler helmet,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, 8)

Other than the brakes, and the plastics on the 03's, all prior years were the same other than color. Stock Blasters are all the same displacement (200cc). 240 big bore kits, and stroker kits are common for Blasters used for MX. The stock pipe is pretty much a low to midrange pipe, and is USDA approved spark arrester, as I think all stock pipes must be. Not sure what you mean by "restrictions" in the pipe, but a lot of people like to run an aftermarket pipe and open up the top end at the expense of some bottom end.

Yamaman- My blasters are both 2000. The black one was originaly white and my other is blue(no pics).I'll go along with Tim sr on the other questions.
AirManCam- the hunting and fishing are great here.I dont hunt, and I rarely fish.

The yellow tubing is plastic wireloom, available at most autopart stores.$5 to $10 depending on size for 10'.
AMC-The fawn was only a few days old.
I refer to that helmet as the SkullCap, :) I usually only wear that when I'm messin around the yard,,or when its 90 degrees.
