Beware ebay seller

This seller will not answer emails for 3 solid weeks! and I have not received the NOS 86-87 200X front brake pads I paid for. I have opened a case with ebay 3 days ago and still no responce and i'm hoping for a refund from buyer protection. It seems he just DGAF...... under 90% with 20 sales is pretty bad these days.

I think you'll get them, it will just take awhile. So if you really want them, keep with the EBAY talk but not the Paypal refund yet; IMHO.......

Well I am glad to see that I'm not the only one having problems with this seller! I opened a case on Ebay yesterday with the same member... Granted it isn't very much but still I bought two of these and paid the same day. Haven't seen the parts yet and seller will not respond at all. Hasn't even replied to the Ebay case dispute... Just thought I would give an update since my last reply to this thread and let everyone know I heard back from Feebay today concerning my case. They finally gave me a full refund and below in red is a copy of the email I got about an hour ago.

Good news! eBay Customer Support has reviewed the case and made a final decision. We issued you a full refund on Nov 04, 2010 through PayPal. The refund includes the purchase price plus original shipping. Please log in to PayPal to get your refund.

I just got a refund back from eBay. this seller never did respond. Just glad to get my money back.
