It has recently been brought to my attention.
Listening to people and their woes, foreclosure, loan mods and refi's, that will never go through, broken bones and inadmissible x rays,
AND after reading the rules on what is allowed on this forum.
It came to mind, something my uncle said to me years and years ago.
"if you don't like the way things are going, quit taking your own advice."
There may be some truth to this
