Been Sick all week , Any Tips?

Hey guys , I've been having Strep Throat and a fever since Monday:(. I can't take this
crap anymore, The weather is beautiful and I can't even ride my Trike. Anyone have any tips or some home remedies? Thanks:wondering

Take some alka-seltzer cold and flu. Should get you feeling a little better. I guess keep in mind health is more important than going out to ride your bike. Anti-biotics not a bad way to go either.

if youve still got a sore throat, completely dissolve 2 teaspoons of salt in a glass of warm water, and gargle with it 3 times a day. it wont help your illness but itll stop the throat pain at least

This WILL cure the sore throat...the only thing I would add is that the water needs to be more hot than warm...not hot enough to burn...as hot as you can comfortably and safely stand it.
