I would say that those 2 ads are the same bike. There are 2 scenarios I can see

1 Somebody bought it for $750 and is now selling it for $1500

2 One of the 2 ads is real and the other ad is a scam. This wouldn't seem to be the case as the pics are different between the 2 ads.
