I need help to decode a vin #.When I try to enter it in honda atc decoding it come's up as a 1986 Honda 250r.But If I enter in it in the other decoding site it comes up as unknown?Whats the deal with that.The vin matches the number on the neck.so I have no idea..Can someone help me please??????????????????????
