I have an atc 200 and it hasn't been running for about 5 years cleaned out the carb and the gas tank and I can get it to turn over and fire up for a few seconds but won't stay running. I took the little metal piece that cover up the strator? Or solenoid and a tiny bit of oil is coming out here is this normal or part of my problem?
