As in a home build? I'm not sure I understand the question as I don't know of a factory 300r atc.

Matt, you will get a lot more views if you put the three wheeler oriented threads in trikesylvania. Hondaline, Dico, and others put out a 300 kit for the air cooled 250R. Thus the 300R. I have heard nothing but good things from people who own 300R's.
