84 TRX 200 - possible to use different brake drums?

I recently acquired an 84 trx 200 and would like to change the hubs/drums so that I could later upgrade my wheels/tires to some of more standard size and take advantage of people selling there new stock honda wheels/tires. The rear hubs I'm sure I can swap out with any honda 4/110 hubs on a 32 spline axle. The front seems to be more problematic. There is no published literature that lists the bolt pattern for the front but using a mic I have measured them to be 4/130. I have seen ATV Wheel guide that 85 and up trx250's used 4/110 hubs on the front and it looks as though the brake plate is similar to that of the 200. Has anyone ever experimented with this or knows for sure if either A) the brake plate will bolt to the 200 & the Drum fit over the spindle or B) If just the drum will fit over the spindle and work with the existing brake plate?
