Silly Southerners! We had the snowiest December on record for MN... One night, I lost my dog in a snowdrift! (he is 35 lbs)

^ You are so right. Anything more than a dusting here and we are shut down. We've got about 4-5 inches on the ground now and EVERYTHING is closed.

Here's a good question. Who Doesn't have snow??? I'm know Billy and the boy's in FL missed out, but not by much! I'm guessing Southern Cali and maybe some spots in the deep, deep South and South West,

Who else?

Hawaii is probably pretty safe... Guess I should go outside and fire up the BR and plow snow... (more coming today and tomorrow)

we have less than an inch of snow and all of the main roads are clear, but school is closed.
A bunch of counties had called off school before the first flake fell.

We had a blizzard a few weeks ago, and got 20" of snow... I threw the old lady and kids in the Jeep, and we went out to do some errands, and pick up a pizza!

I dout you could find a pizza place open here. When I first moved to NC we got 6 inches of snow and when I got to work the only people there was me and and two guys from Ohio, the factory was closed for the whole week. now 20 years later I am a puss too.

I'm still waiting for global warming to reach us, frig it's cold:eek: There are a lot of "warm" places throughout the world getting snow and cold now. The kids will enjoy the snow down there. Can you even get crazycarpets and such locally?

Gotta love snow days!!!!! I just love the 110 powered 70 in the snow. Tons of fun for everyone. I'd post up some pics/vids but no helmets were used. Search youtube and you can find them.

I don't even know what a crazycarpet is. Is it anything like a "camryhood" or a "chickenbrooder" Give us anything you can tie behind my sportsman and we'll try it. I know yuse guys up north make fun, but I can count the times we've had enough to do this on one hand, and I'm 40.

Hope these pics don't break the rules.

No snow in southern Oregon. There is snow in the mountains, but the valley floor has none. We get it once or twice a year and everyone seems surprised. It damn near shuts the whole town down. So many people just don't understand driving in ice and snow.

Dang you guys have more snow than us! We had about a foot on the ground but on New Years eve it got up to 50 and rained, and it all melted. The next day it was about 15, and has been below freezing since! What a waste of good snow. I had only been out on my snowmobile 2 times

Yes sir, our neighbors were gone for the day. 12mm wrench and 4 nuts removed later, you've got a sled. Don't worry we'll have it back on by the time they return. Even got a place made in to tie it. The best one we had was an old Nova hood back when I was a teen. Tied behind an old Renegade we tore up the neighborhood. The ones that didn't have to go to The ER spent the next few days putting mailboxes back up. I'm not joking about the hospital trips either, If I had some footage, Johnny Knoxville would be proud.
