Plastic is all there but does have some cracks

I went to look at this trike today because the picture looked very good and the price seems reasonable($400.00 obo). The trike on the add was not the one I looked at; not even close. How could someone have the ba**s to do this in a small town? If someone is interested the forks are good and it does have new tires. $150.00 would be all that it's worth IMO.
