i biught a intake from a xr200 for my 200 x. it was a good price and shipping to canada is reasonable. problem is he wants me to pay with a credit card outside of ebay. now i think he is scamming me.

It looks like he is a a dealer that has an actual store and also sells online. He is probably just trying to avoid the eBay fees

I would not pay outside of eBay. If he is willing to burn them why not burn you? Dishonest is dishonest big or small! You won't have any protection through eBay if he burns you. I don't like eBay fees either but that doesn't make it right to try and rob them. Play by the rules and you will be okay!
